On October 19th, for our second meeting of the year, we’ll be touring Central City Brewing. This meeting will be a joint meeting with our industry partners and friends from SMACNA-BC. The building involved many challenges, and has created a unique environmentally friendly building with many engineering highlights.
Gary Lohin - Brew master and his team will take us through the process from Grain to Glass and explain all the aspects of Beer making process, and how the HVAC&R industry assists in making great beer. This 65,000 sq ft facility opened in 2013 and is presently one of the largest Craft Brewery in Canada. It can produce over 3 million litres of beer annually.
